Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Levantinka
Price range: 11,00 € through 25,00 €
Premium extra virgin olive oil from the indigenous Dalmatian Levantinka variety. Intense aroma, bold bitterness, and spiciness – perfect with spicy cheeses and grilled meats.
Levantinka is an indigenous Dalmatian olive variety, cherished for producing robust and characterful oils. Our Levantinka oil is crafted on the island of Hvar, in the village of Bogomolje, using a careful hand-picking process combined with gentle hand-held shakers.
The olives are milled immediately after harvest at controlled temperatures (max 24 °C), ensuring purity and preserving the full aroma. The result is a premium extra virgin olive oil with an intense profile – fresh notes of cut grass, artichoke, green almond, and herbs, with pronounced bitterness and spiciness.
