This unique oil is created by cold pressing Oblica olives together with organic lemons, resulting in a naturally aromatised olive oil with a refreshing citrus aroma. The perfect balance of smooth olive oil and zesty lemon makes it an excellent addition to both savory and sweet dishes.

Harvested in mid-October and processed at low temperatures (max 24 °C), this oil preserves both the fruity character of the olives and the freshness of organic lemons.
