Olive oil tasting room

Behind every drop of our olive oil is our love and devotion to this sacred tree, our dedication to living in harmony with nature and our great respect for the rocky karst soil that we work with every day. If you are interested in finding out how high-quality olive oil is made, or if you wish to sample our oils together with other local products from the island, you are most welcome to visit our tasting room, which is located right next to the oil mill. Our tasting room is a place where you can savour the tastes and smells of the island of Hvar and familiarise yourself with the way of life of the local people. We can also organise a tour of the oil mill to familiarise you with the production process.
